RETURNS
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
RETURN SHIPPING
While we offer free shipping on all orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Due to our global fulfillment network, return shipping rates vary by location. Please contact us at hello@veleroshop.com before returning any items so we can provide you with return instructions.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact us at hello@veleroshop.com and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
